Our S.T.A.R. Enrichment Program focuses on Shaping Talented Artists on the Rise. It is our passion to educate, empower, and inform students on the importance of art appreciation.

This program encompasses two components:

• The After-School Program - A program offered to schools in Houston and the surrounding areas throughout the calendar year. Our staff provides after-school instruction to students ranging from elementary to high schools. We train students in the areas of music (vocal development, reading/writing music scales), dance (salsa, hip hop, modern, jazz, tap, ballet, African, tap/jazz combo), modeling, and theater (technical theater and improvisation). The discipline is normally chosen by the individual school.
• Summer Intensive - This program is offered as an added incentive to other summer programs and/or camps, and community based programs. Much like the after-school program the summer intensive is a monthly collaborative with area community organizations. We train students in the areas of music (vocal development, reading/writing music scales), dance (salsa, hip hop, modern, jazz, tap, ballet, African, tap/jazz combo), modeling, and theater (technical theater and improvisation). The discipline is normally chosen by the individual organization.

Students are trained by professional artists/teachers in drama, dance, music and technical theatre. In most cases, S.T.A.R. will conclude with a full-scale production, put on by students.

This summer camp will expose students to music, dance, and theater. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for students to build their talent and become a "Triple Threat" in the performing arts arena! This program is for students ages 5-14 and the cost is $280 for the three week period.

Shooting Starz Internship Program

The Shooting Starz Internship Program is designed to help students get a feel for working in a real performing arts environment. Aside from working with professional performers in class the student will learn other aspects of the performing arts business.
Focusing on business administration, operations, marketing, planning, set design, production, and fun; it is our desire that our Shooting Starz will grasp the intricacies of this industry. Interns who work with Stage Presence Performing Arts Studio will acquire the following:

1. Community Service Hours - Available for scholarship requirements
2. School Credit for School - Based Programs
